I'm sure that most if not all of you out there have this on your mind. How do I keep my hard earned muscle during this gym shut down. I'm not going to tell you it will be easy because it won't. You have to look at a few factors also. Are you able to do some kind of resistance training, what your eating, and so on. I will go over all of it in this video for if you are natural and enhanced.
